Job Details:
Responsibility for working in coordination with sales, account management and operations team to deliver client services in an effective and efficient manner; assisting in the coordination and implementation of new accounts including assisting client specific Account Manager in directing ongoing relations and client/employer services which have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and account persistency; Position will assist in providing benefit education to employee/members, maintain client relationships and deliver various information to members and client management. Provide info as necessary to management with respect to enrollment, eligibility and quality assurance of data. Manages eligibility and enrollment for new members, new group orientation, open enrollment periods, and other eligibility qualifying events. Provide info as necessary regarding enrollment, eligibility requirements and other relevant data to management. Consistent delivery of administrative services to employer clients and members in order to assure exceptional customer satisfaction, while assist team's achievement of outstanding performance standards. Continuously improve, promote, and identify new business relationships or opportunities that benefit clients.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Knowledge of the managed care or health insurance in an insurance company, hospital or physician environment required. Fluency in Spanish preferred; Customer service and team building skills. Office automation/personal computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and statistical skills. Ability to focus and provide strong attention to detail. Ability to analyze, organize, and perform independent research.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
