3K a year Clara McLean House Manager is responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the House ensuring its proper staffing and maintaining all systems at peak efficiency.
Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, processes related to overnight guest stays, and is responsible for implementing house policies/procedures, guest rules, and all emergency procedures and systems.
Supervises Guest Relations Coordinators, Housekeepers and House Stewards.
Flexible, yet capable of directing people and enforcing policies and rules.
Ability to work overnight, weekends and holidays to fill in if staff coverage is unavailable.
Bachelors or Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years combined experience in healthcare, social services, hospitality services or facility management.
Recent Hospitality House experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience required.
Computer competency with high proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Valid NC Driver's License with good driving record.
Prefer non-profit experience.
Prefer spoken and /or written Spanish proficiency.
Location:
FirstHealth of the Carolinas Foundation Schedule:
Full Time - 40 Hours per Week, Day Shift, M - F :
8a - 5p.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
